Mackay foundation provides program addressing the needs of the Philippines National School for the Blind. Our mission is to provide assistance to PNSB, to its students,through continuous education and effective programs that create social awareness that will expand opportunities for he blind and to provide comprehensive services and resources that assist and empower blind people to reach for their best as people, professionals and citizens.Mackay Foundation assistance includes subsidy of the students expenses,scholarship and sponsorship grants, and financial support for school activities and programs.
